Quotes

Hello, I’m Chris Malcom, founder & owner of First Source. I’m a C-7 quadriplegic and have been using urological supplies for over 30 years. I started First Source with the goal of making the catheter buying experience less complicated and more personal. We’re big enough to serve and small enough to care about our customers.

Outstanding Service, Always

First and foremost, we are here to provide you with the best customer service possible.  Unlike some of the big, corporate urological supply companies, you’re more than a number to us, you’re our customer and you deserve to be treated with empathy, compassion, and respect!  That’s exactly what you’ll get from us.  We’ll always answer the phone (you’ll never get an operator or auto-attendant).  Our staff is ready to contact your doctor, contact your insurance company, and do everything within our control to keep you from worrying about catheters.

Let Us Worry, So You Don't Have To

Whether you have a spinal cord injury and use a wheelchair or have another sort of condition, life is not over.

In 2017, I decided it was time to start my own company, First Source Catheter, Inc. Our number one goal is to provide help, guidance, support, education, and most importantly, the best service possible all while providing the best products available. In my case, I believe that living with a spinal cord injury is invaluable when it comes to helping and serving a customer population that has similar injuries and conditions. We also contribute to several support groups across the country that help those also living with spinal cord injuries and related conditions. We strongly believe in helping to improve the quality of life of our customers, as well as all those we encounter. You have more important things to do other than worry about your catheter supplies. Let us worry, so you don’t have to.
