In my case, I believe that living with a spinal cord injury is invaluable when it comes to helping and serving a customer population that has similar injuries and conditions. We also contribute to several support groups across the country that help those also living with spinal cord injuries and related conditions. We strongly believe in helping to improve the quality of life of our customers, as well as all those we encounter. You have more important things to do other than worry about your catheter supplies. For quick delivery to you, First Source Catheters is located just outside of Atlanta, GA. Our corporate headquarters, as well as our distribution center, is located at 1690 Redi Road, Suite 400, Cumming, GA 30040. Orders ship same day or next business day depending on the time of day you place your order. With our close proximity to the UPS distribution centers, your order will be delivered quickly and discreetly, usually within 2-3 business days, to your home or place of business.
First Source Catheters accepts assignment with Medicare, Medicaid for various states, as well as some third party insurance providers. We’ll handle everything from contacting your doctor to contacting your insurance company. Most importantly, we’ll contact you each month to address any questions or concerns, or simply just send your supplies.
